Day Two: Master Class (10:00am-3: 30 pm): The Master Class is a small group, facilitated “working” class. SPACE IS LIMITED. In this workshop, we will do a deep dive on your Drug & Alcohol Policy to ensure it is cannabis compliant. Participants will leave with a new draft of their policy. Participants will also leave with business processes for managing medical and recreational cannabis disclosures. During the working class, participants will (with the assistance of the facilitator):

•    Identify gaps in their current policy; deconstruct their Drug & Alcohol policy
•    Identify what needs to be added or changed in their current policy; rebuild draft policy
•    Create draft of internal procedures for managing cannabis disclosures
•    Create a communication and education plan; identify steps to roll out new policy
